Research Reviews

It's an ugly job, but someone has to do it.

Reviewing research, and translating into minimalism has to be done. Sometimes even the doctors I work for struggle to water it down. But its glorious when we achieve the simplicity that can inspire the equivalent of a light bulb fader being turned up full tilt. As a full circle patient (a description I use sparingly to describe a time of constant research, trial, error and finally recovering from chronic pain after a near three year battle) I learned to zero in on what mattered and clean out the fluff. When you are in pain, studies show that you get more efficient and I certainly experienced a unique satisfaction despite the pain during my productivity.

These days I love studying the wide variety of worldwide healing modalities, the science behind it and I use these habits to help others on their healing journey. In one of my recent rabbit trail discoveries, I tripped over the concept of Epigenetics. One of the contemporary published scientists behind this movement is Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD, his proven argument is that our bodies are not simply a machine where non-working parts are removed or replaced as the American Medical Association and entire western model is despairingly over attached to.

There are apparently many studies to prove that our bodies are quantum scale responsive and our thoughts and feelings command entire system chemistry changes immediately, (for better or worse.) That we are energetic vibrations at the quantum level and our mindset is the driver of this highly responsive vehicle. My goal here is to explore that and its grand variety of implications as it applies to healing.
